ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received.

Standard products (keyboards, accessories, peripherals):
Tracking numbers are typically provided within 24 hours of order confirmation. -
Large or bulky items (such as gaming furniture):
Due to size, handling, and carrier requirements, tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to be issued.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after it is issued.
If you do not receive a tracking email within the timeframes listed above, please contact us at support@rainbowkeyboards.org.

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Rainbow Keyboards is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being transferred to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rainbow Keyboards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
